GOUDHURST CRANBROOK ROAD TQ 73 NW (north side)
5/151 Well House 20.6.67 GV II House. Mid C16. Timber-framed and tile hung on red and blue chequered brick and part rendered ground floor. Two framed bay continuous jettied house. Perhaps a fragment of larger original. Two storeys with continuous jetty and gabled roof with large stack projecting at end left. Outshots to left and to right (weather- boarded). Two 3 light leaded metal casements on 1st floor and 1 to left on ground floor, and 4-light casement to right. Old ribbed plank and stud door to centre left in worn moulded surround.
