The following text is from the original listed building designation:
CRANBROOK FRIEZLEY LANE TQ 73 NE (east side) 3/100 - Little Friezley GV II
Possible former hall-house, now farmhouse. Late C15 or early C16 with C18 cladding. Timber framed with red brick ground floor and tile hung first floor. Plain tiled hipped roof with gablets and step down from right to left on ridge to left of brick stack off-centre to left on ridge. 2 storeys. Irregular fenestration of 2 windows on 1st floor and 2 on ground floor with one in end of 1 storey hipped extension. Wooden casements of various dates. Boarded door to right of centre. Interior: Substantial frame visible.
