The following text is from the original listed building designation:
SANDHURST TQ7928 QUEEN STREET 1350-0/9/208 (North side) Regency Lodge GV II Cottage. Early to mid C19, partially refenestrated in C20. Timber-framed, faced with weatherboarding on stuccoed plinth. Slate roof with 3 brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys; 4 windows. 1st floor windows are 16-pane sashes. Ground floor windows are C20 casements. Central door-case with flat hood on pilasters and 6 fielded panelled door.
