Small house. Circa 1860, alterations of the early 1970s. Ground floor brick, painted white on the front elevation, first floor weatherboarded; peg-tile roof, end stacks.
Plan: East facing, sited below the road. Originally a 2-cell plan with a central entrance, the entrance moved to the right (north) return. Said to have had an outshut originally, raised to 2 storeys giving a double depth plan.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front, the roof half-hipped at ends with 2 first and 2 ground floor C19 16-pane sashes. C20 glazed gabled porch on right return.
Interior: Not inspected.
Group value with the Halfway House Public House.
