HORSMONDEN MAIDSTONE ROAD TQ 7040-7140 (east side) 7/69 Appletree Cottage II
House. Circa 1700. Red brick ground floor on stone base with tile hung first floor. Plain tiled roof. Two storeys and garret on plinth with gambrel roof and large offset stack projecting at end left. Regular fenestration of three light and 2 light wooden casements on each floor with C20 rib and stud door to oentre in gabled rendered porch. Catslide outshot to rear with 2 storey wing to rear centre.
