BENENDEN TQ8031 IDEN GREEN, Iden Green 1350-0/8/56 Lilac Cottage 27/05/92 GV II Cottage. Early C19. Front clad in weatherboarding on brick base, sides tile hung. Tiled roof with external brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys, 2 windows. 1st floor windows C20 metal casements. Ground floor has early C19 16-pane sashes. C20 porch.
