The following text is from the original listed building designation:
SANDHURST TQ72NE CHURCH ROAD 1350-0/5/182 Monument to Mary Collins Approx 5 metres S of W Tower at St Nicholas Church GV II Chest tomb. c.1744 but inscription mainly illegible. Stone chest with deep moulded top and base on 2 stone steps with pilasters.
