SANDHURST TQ72NE MEGRIMS HILL 1350-0/5/204 Perrins GV II Formerly known as: Downgate Cottage MEGRIMS HILL. Cottage. C18. Timberframed, clad in weatherboarding to front elevation and tile hung to right hand side. Half-hipped tiled roof and off central brick chimneystack. 2 storeys and attics in gable end; 2 windows. Casement windows with leaded lights. C19 gabled porch. Left side weatherboarded lean-to.
