SANDHURST TQ82NW RYE ROAD (OFF) 1350-0/6/233 (South side) 20/06/67 Burnt Farmhouse II House, formerly farmhouse. C18 or earlier. Ground floor weatherboarded, 1st floor tile hung. Hipped tiled roof with central brick chimneystack. 2 storeys 3 windows. C19 casements and C20 weather porch. Side elevation has 3 casements and external brick chimneystack. Interior not seen.
