Farmhouse, now house. C16, clad in C19. Timber-framed on random rubble plinth underbuilt on ground floor in red brick with tile hung first floor. Weather- boarded to south with shallow jetty over ground floor. Plain tiled roof, hipped to south with dormer, half hipped to north (left). Tall ribbed red brick stack on ridge in centre. Lobby entry plan. 2 storeys and attic. Irregular fenestration of 5 windows on first floor and 2 on ground floor. C20 wooden casements. Central panelled door with minimal wooden porch.
