GOUDHURST RANTERS LANE TQ 73 NW (west side)
5/248 Risebridge Mount Pleasant GV II House. Early C19 front to C17 or earlier rear wing. Tile hung on 1st floor, red brick on ground floor, with plain tiled roof. Two storeys, attic and base- ment, with plinth and gambrel roof with stacks to end left and to end right. Three flat roofs and sashed dormers. Regular fenestration of 2 tripartite sashes on 1st floor and central sash, and 2 large late C19 canted bays on ground floor, with central panelled door, with semicircular fanlight and pediment- shaped hood on brackets and pilasters, and flight of 4 steps. Basement opening to left return with segmental head. Catslide outshot to rear.
