Summary
Great quantities of Roman tiles were found in c.1854 during drain digging; they possibly came from the same site as the building TR 03 NE 24 or they may indicate the site of a another villa.

Full Description
In digging some deep drains at Court-at-Street, c. 1854, great quantities of Roman tiles were found. (1) The find-spot of these tiles could not be traced. They could have come from the same site as the building (TR 03 NE 24), but C3rd and C4th coins turn up occasionally in various parts of Court-at-Street. (2) KE 55 Listed as the possible site of a Roman villa. (3)
