CALVERLEY PARK 1. 1746 No 17 TQ 5839 SE 7/130 20.5.52 II* GV 2. Early C19, but much altered. Built of Tunbridge Wells stone quarried in large blocks. Slate roof with eaves cornice. Originally 2 storeys and 2 sashes of 3 lights each, but an extra storey has been added and a bay window built at the north end of the 1st floor. Nos 1 to 24 (consec) form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge.

(Sited to TQ 58973918 from OS 1:1250 1973) 1746 CALVERLEY PARK 2. The layout of Calverley Park and the individual houses in it were designed by Decimus Burton. The general design was made in 1828 and the houses were built during the next 10 years. The town planning of the estate is excellent but the houses vary considerably in style and quality. 1746 CALVERLEY PARK No 17 TQ 5839 SE 7/130 20.5.52 II* GV 2. Early C19, but much altered.
