The following text is from the original listed building designation:
CALVERLEY PARK GARDENS 1. 1746 (South East Side) No 6 TQ 5939 SW 9/139 11.9.73 II 2. Circa 1860. 2 storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof. 3 sashes, round-headed on the 1st floor, all set in Italianate architraves. The side elevation has 3 sashes, long and short quoins and a Tuscan porch.
