CALVERLEY PARK 1. 1746 No 13 TQ 5839 SE 7/126 13 TQ 5959 SW 9/126 20.5.52.
II* GV 2. Early C19. Regency villa style. 2 storeys built of Tunbridge Wells stone quarried in large blocks. Slate roof with eaves cornice. 5 sashes. Canted bay of 3 sashes in the centre, with hipped roof and hooded verandah on the ground floor. Venetian shutters to 1st floor windows. Nos 1-24 (consec) form a group with Keston lodge Listing NGR: TQ5899739292 (1)

Description from record TQ 53 NE 23 :
(Sited to TQ 58993928 from OS 1:1250 1973) 1746 CALVERLEY PARK 2. The layout of Calverley Park and the individual houses in it were designed by Decimus Burton. The general design was made in 1828 and the houses were built during the next 10 years. The town planning of the estate is excellent but the houses vary considerably in style and quality. 1746 CALVERLEY PARK No 13 TQ 5839 SE 7/126 20.5.52. TQ 5959 SW 9/126 II* GV 2. Early C19.
