CALVERLEY PARK 1. 1746 No 23 TQ 5839 SE 7/136 20.5.52 II* GV 2. Early C19. Built of Tunbridge Wells stone quarried in large blocks. Slate roof with bracket eaves cornice. Built in 2 sections. The north wing is of 2 storeys with 2 sashes and a hooded verandah on the ground floor. The south wing, which projects, is of 3 storeys with 1 window of 3 lights. Nos 1 to 24 (consec) form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge. listing NGR: TQ5893239065 (1)

(Sited to TQ 58923907 from OS 1:1250 1973) 1746 CALVERLEY PARK 2. The layout of Calverley Park and the individual houses in it were designed by Decimus Burton. The general design was made in 1828 and the houses were built during the next 10 years.
