CALVERLEY PARK 1. l746
TQ 5839 SE 7/124 2O.5.52. II* GV 2. Early C19. Regency villa style. 2 storeys, built of Tunbridge Wells stone quarried in large blocks. Slate roof with eaves conice. 4 sashes. Curved bay of 1 sash at north west end with pediment over. The other windows are round-headed on the lst floor with Regency blinds. Nos 1 to 24 (consec) form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge.

(Sited to TQ 58973934 from OS 1:1250 1973) 1746 CALVERLEY PARK 2. The layout of Calverley Park and the individual houses in it were designed by Decimus Burton. The general design was made in 1828 and the houses were built during the next 10 years. The town planning of the estate is excellent but the houses vary considerably in style and quality. 1746 CALVERLEY PARK No 11 TQ 5839 SE 7/124 20.5.52. II* GV 2. Early C19. Regency villa style. 2 storeys, built of Tunbridge Wells stone quarried in large blocks. Slate roof with eaves conice. 4 sashes. Curved bay of 1 sash at north west end with pediment over.
