REYNOLDS LANE 1. 1746 (North Side) Smockham Farmhouse TQ 54 SE 11/87 20.5.52 II GV 2. Cl8. 2 storeys. The ground floor is painted brick, above tile-hung. Tiled roof with brick chimney. 5 sashes with glazing bars intact. The house stands on a hillside and is raised considerably above the level of the garden. Wooden Tuscan porch approached by a flight of steps with a handrail. Smockham farmhouse and barns form a group.
