Timber framed and clad with red brick on ground floor, ornamental tile hanging on first floor, with weather-boarding to right return and plain tile hanging to left return. Two storeys and garret on sandstone plinth with half-hipped roof with large gablet to left and with stack cluster to centre left. Two 3-light casements and small central leaded wooden casement on first floor and three C20 wooden casements on ground floor. Central C20 hipped porch with casement and panelled door in right return. Catslide outshot to rear.
