SANDHURST TQ82NW RYE ROAD 1350-0/6/223 (North side) Quince Cottage GV II Cottage. C18. Weatherboarded on brick plinth. Half-hipped tiled roof with off central brick chimneystack. 1 storey and attics; 3 windows. 3 gabled dormers, with C20 casements. Ground floor has C20 central 3-light bay flanked by 2-light pointed windows and doorcase. Included for group value.
