The following text is from the original listed building designation:
SANDHURST TQ7928 QUEEN STREET 1350-0/9/206 (South side) Clematis Cottage II Cottage. Early C19. Timberframed, faced with weatherboarding with tiled roof and end external painted brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys; 3 windows. C19 casements. Central doorcase with flush panelled door and later porch with balustrading. Catslide roof to rear.
