CRANBROOK STONE STREET TQ 7736 SE (north east side) 10/229 Burgage Plot Cottage - 15 yards to north of Brown's Architects Office GV II
Cottage, now store. C18. Timber-framed and clad in red brick on ground floor and weatherboarded on first floor. Plain tiled roof. 1½ storeys. Irregular front with double doors to left and single door to right, both with transom lights over. Catslide outshut to rear. Included as example of burgage plot development.
