The following text is from the original listed building designation:
FRITTENDEN THE STREET TQ 8040-8140 (north west side)
14/53 Wall and outhouse attached to Ryecot GV II Wall and outhouse. Circa 1846-8, probably by R C Hussey. Wealden sandstone with Caen stone dressings and plain tiled roof. The wall, about 4 feet high with moulded coping, also forms the churchyard wall, and runs from a squat pier to north of shed, about 50 metres to the south, terminating in another low pier adjoining the lychgate. The shed has boarded door facing south into the garden of Ryecot, with a double chamfered segmental pointed arched doorway to the churchyard (gable end of structure) and cusped cinquefoil in the gable (an "ecclesiastical tool-shed," B O E Kent I, 290).
