The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. THE PANTILES 1746 (South East Side) Nos 11 to 15 (odd) TQ 5838 NW 1/2 20.5.52. II GV 2. An early C19 terrace, not uniform. 3 storeys, the front stuccoed, the back weather- boarded. Parapet. Pilasters flank the front. Stringcourses above 1st and 2nd floors. No 11 has a slate roof with 1 dormer. 1 3-light sash on the 2nd floor and a 3-ight canted bay on the lst floor. Nos l3 and 15 have a recessed panelled parapet and 4 sashes with glazing bars intact. The 1st floor has a 3-light bay and 2 french windows with a cornice and brackets above. Cast iron balcony to No 15. No 13 has a doorcase at the back with pilasters, pediment and semi-circular fanlight. Nos 1 to 7 (odd) and 11 to 19 (odd) form a group.
