CRANBROOK STONE STREET TQ 7736 SE (south west side) 10/237 Morte's Tobacconists, 7.5.63 Cranbrook Antiques, Jone's Opticians, Cranbrook Sports, Stoneydale Electrical Shop (formerly listed as J Carey's Confectioner, Tilman's Shop, H Ivor Foster, Ophthalmic Optician, The Kentish Express, The Flemish Parlour & E J Martin, Radio GV II
House, now shop row. C16, clad in C18. Timber-framed and weatherboarded. Plain tiled roof. Gabled dormer at extreme left. Continuous jetty, now parti underbuilt and boxed in. Small rendered projecting parapetted dormer at extreme right. 2 storeys and attics. Irregular 6 window front, glazing bar sashes on first floor. 6 shop fronts below. 4 glazed doors. Projecting half-hipped return gabled wing at left with glazing bar sashes on first floor and in gable. Double shop front below with central recessed entrance. 2 window left return front with glazing bar sashes on first floor and large windows with glazing bars on ground floor.
