CALVERLEY PARK 1. 1746 No 1 TQ 5839 SE 7/116 20.5.52. II* GV 2. Early C19. 2 storeys built of Tunbridge Wells stone quarried in large blocks. Slate roof with bracket eaves cornice. 3 sashes with Venetian shutters, the West window having 3 round-headed lights and balcony below. The west window bay projects. Small additional wing at the north east corner. Nos 1 to 24 (consec) form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge.

Description from record TQ 53 NE 13 :
(Sited to TQ 58793941 from OS 1:1250 1973) 1746 CALVERLEY PARK 2. The layout of Calverley Park and the individual houses in it were designed by Decimus Burton. The general design was made in 1828 and the houses were built during the next 10 years. The town planning of the estate is excellent but the houses vary considerably in style and quality. 1746 CALVERLEY PARK No 1 TQ 5839 SE 7/116 20.5.52 II* GV 2.
