The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HORSMONDEN LAMBERHURST ROAD TQ 63 NE (west side) 3/66 Barn about 65 metres south west of Sprivers GV II
Barn. Mid C18. Timber framed and weather boarded on red brick base with plain tiled roof. Single storey with half-hipped roof. Window opening to right and boarded door to right. Interior: divided into two sections; clasped purlin roof.
