CALVERLEY PARK 1. l746 Nos 9 and 10 TQ 5839 SE 7/123 20.5.52. II* GV 2. Early C19. A semi detached pair built of Tunbridge Wells stone quarried in large blocks. 2 storeys. Slate roof with eaves cornice. 3 sashes to each, the end sashes set in projecting wings, Iron balconettes to lst floor windows and hooded verandahs to projecting wings of ground floor. Nos 1 to 24 (consec) form a group with Keston Lodge and Victoria Lodge. Listing NGR: TQ5892539365 (1)

Description from record TQ 53 NE 20 :
(Sited to TQ 58933936 from OS 1:1250 1973) 1746 CALVERLEY PARK 2. The layout of Calverley Park and the individual houses in it were designed by Decimus Burton. The general design was made in 1828 and the houses were built during the next 10 years.
