HAWKHURST RYE ROAD TQ 72 NE (north side)
12/416 Jordans GV II House. Circa 1700 or earlier. Timber framed and tile hung on red brick ground floor, with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and garret on plinth, with half-hipped roof and stacks to end left and to rear end right. Three 2-light wooden casements on first floor, and 2 on ground floor, with central boarded door off-centre left, with bracketed open pediment-shaped hood. Catslide outshot to rear.
