The following text is from the original listed building designation:
GOUDHURST HIGH STREET TQ 7237-7337 (north side)
15/184 Pharmacy Cottage 20.6.67 GV II House. C17 or C18. Timber-framed on red brick base and clad with tile hanging on 1st floor, with plain tiled roof. Two storeys and attic on rubble plinth, with stack to left (shared with Little Cot) and central hipped dormer. Three light and 2 light leaded metal casements on 1st floor, and 3 light and 2 light wooden case- ments on ground floor, with half-glazed door off-centre left with flat hood. Section of ground floor used as part of Pharmacy adjacent to right (see Item 15/185).
