The following text is from the original listed building designation:
FRITTENDEN BUBHURST LANE TQ 84 SW (north side)
3/5 Barn and attached sheds - 10 metres west of Little Bubhurst GV II Barn. C17. Timber framed and clad with weather boarding with sandstone to base of end left section. Plain tiled roof. Half-hipped roof with cart doors to centre right. Boarded door to first floor end left approached by external wooden stair. Wooden casement to left return upper floor. Catslide outshot to rear. Interior: 5 bays without aisles. Clasped purlins roof. Wattle and doub walling between barn and outshot. Attached at left a single storey weather boarded range of sheds with cart door.
