The following text is from the original listed building designation:
CRANBROOK COURSEHORN LANE TQ 73 NE (east side) 3/84 - Oast and granary 40 yards GV south of Coursehorn II
Oast and granary, now house. Mid C19. Red brick with blue brick chequer. Plain tiled half hipped roofs with tile hanging the gables. 2 cowls with wind- vanes on conical hoods rise from the ridge of the roof of the north range. 'T'-plan, with granary in wing to south. 2 storeys; irregular north front with 2 windows on first floor and 3 on ground floor. Glazed door to right of centre. Included for group value.
