The following text is from the original listed building designation:
BENENDEN TQ8031 MILL STREET, Iden Green 1350-0/8/71 (North West side) Yew Tree Farmhouse II Farmhouse. C18 or earlier. Tile hung with hipped tiled roof and off central brick chimneystack. 2 storeys and attics; 4 windows. 2 hipped dormers with casement windows and 4 C19 casements. Doorcase has flat weatherhood on brackets. Interior not seen.
