The following text is from the original listed building designation:
HORSMONDEN SMALL BRIDGE ROAD TQ 73 NW (south side) 4/107 Barn and outhouses about 20 metres north of Park Farmhouse GV II
Barn and outhouses attached. C18 or earlier, intended C18-early C19. Tinber framed and weather boarded and part intended with red brick, with plain tiled and corrugated iron roofs. Large 4 or 5 bay barn with roof half-hipped to right and gabled to left and with hipped midstrey to centre left and catslide outshot projecting at left of that; further half-hipped range to left, partly on red brick base, with central cart doom. Low gabled timber extension to right (stock sheds) and hipped brick extension at extreme left.
