Findspot record TR 04 NW 2 - Roman glass bottle, Kennington
Summary
A Roman glass bottle was found in Kennington in 1923: this two handled vessel was identified as a 'dolphin flask' dating from the 2nd to 3rd centuries. At the time the object was presented to the Kent Archaeological Society and its last known location was on exhibition in Maidstone Museum. No further information about the circumstances of its discovery is known.
