Grade II listed building. Main construction periods 1820 to 1860. Summary from record TQ 63 SE 9 : A Grade II listed bridge over the River Teise was built in c.1840. It was made from sandstone and red brick and comprised a single arch with stone abutments. Other features include dressed stone parapets and curving abutment wing walls. The bridge was built as part of improvements made to Scotney Castle park by Edward Hussey.
