SANDHURST TQ7928 BODIAM ROAD 1350-0/9/175 Tanyard Farmhouse GV II House. Late C18 altered in C19 and C20. Ground floor painted brick, 1st floor weatherboarded. Old tiled roof with end brick chimneystacks. 2 storeys 3 windows. C20 casements. Side elevation has 1 further bay and C20 conservatory. Included for group value.
