18/449 Floral Cottage GV II House. Early C19 refronting of probable C17 building. Rendered ground floor and tile hung first floor, with exposed red brick (mainly of stacks) to return eleva- tions and rear. Plain tiled roof. Two parallel ranges. Two-storey front range, with stacks at end right and at end left, the offset exposed in return wall. Two 3-light metal casements on each floor and central boarded door with flat hood on brackets. C20 brick and glazed conservatory to left return. Rear range with large offset and truncated end stack and hipped roof, with irregular fenestration of wooden casements and boarded door.
