The following text is from the original listed building designation:
1. LANSDOWNE ROAD 1746 No 17 TQ 5839 NE 6/233 24.ll.66. II 2. Mid C19. 2 storeys stuccoed. Hipped slate roof with bracket eaves cornice. Stringcourse. Pilasters flank the front above and below the stringcourse. 3 sashes with Venetian shutters but without glazing bars.
