Cottage. C17 with C19 alterations. Timber-framed with red brick ground floor and weather-boarded first floor. Plain tiled half-hipped twin-span roof with large brick and stack to left, smaller brick stack to right at front and large stack to rear at right. Two storeys; irregular fenestration of one window on both floors, casements. Central boarded door to right of ground floor window with flat hood on brackets. Brick lean-to extension at rear.
