The site of a destroyed Pickett-Hamilton fort at Hawking Airfield, Hawking, Kent, TR 217 391. This World War Two installation was a concrete retracatable pillbox, ithe Defenceof Britain record states taht it was built between 1940-1941, and was destroyed in 2001. (1)
