Type 24 pillbox. 'Thick walled'. Standard type 24 pillbox, brick-shuttered, situated on E side of River Eden, with field of fire W across road and along farm track to bridge over river. with PLAN drawn on form. W of Penshurst village, and NE of The Warren - near Doubleton Farm. (1-2)
