Full Description
Hexagonal pillbox with 7 embrasures. Brick-shuttered. Embrasures bricked up and a special door to allow bats to enter has been erected. Type 24 pillbox. 'Thick walled'. On the E bank of the River Eden, at the rear of Beggars Barn Farm, between Vexour and Long Bridge. (1)
