Hexagonal pillbox with 7 embrasures. Brick-shuttered. Grass growing on the roof.
Standard type 24 pillbox, brick-shuttered, situated on N side of River Eden. Field of fire S across river towards Mill Farm. Earth on roof. with PLAN drawn on form. Irregular hexagon, brick-shuttered pillbox - faces SSE, on river bank. 6 x embrasures. In grounds of water pumping station, near Chested Farm. (1)
