Standard type 24 pillbox, brick-shuttered, situated on flood plain of River Medway with field of fire E across river to Fordcombe - Penshurst road. Brick interior and exterior. with PLAN drawn on form. [Recorder Farthing gives NGR - TQ 519409]. Close to footpath at Hartsland, between Chafford Bridge and Colliersbridge. (1)
