Full Description

At Foxbury, Harrison found many implements including part of a celt and an unfinished arrowhead (a), while at nearby Pevensey Field, an uninscribed British gold coin found by Mr Green pre - 1871 and implements, including an arrowhead, are noted. (The coin was purchased by Harrison and is possibly the Gallo - Belgic 'A' stater in Maidstone Museum, but see TQ 55 NE 4) (1) No further information: Foxbury has been demolished and the land broken up into building plots.
