Summary

At least two Second World War concrete anti-tank 'pimples', almost certainly in their original location as part of a roadblock near Penshurst village centre. Amongst shrubbery, on the East verge of the B2176 road opposite the public toilets and about 80 yards from the T-junction in the centre of the village.
