Cassini ref 612526 Summary from record 1424678: A Second World War military structure is visible on aerial photographs and is shown as a pillbox on a German map of defences in East Kent. The rectangular brick built structure is likely to be a store or shelter, associated with the military defences on the Princess Promenade, east of Hythe.
