Summary

Type 22 pillbox, with entrance on the East side. The pillbox is on Waterworks land, and the embrasures have been glazed. Brick-shuttered. L-shaped entrance wall. A chimney pipe has been added [almost certainly post-war]: it emerges through an embrasure. Cassini ref 651561

Full Description

Type 22 pillbox, with entrance on E side. No inner blast wall: it was probably removed after the war. The pillbox is on Waterworks land, and the embrasures have been glazed. Brick-shuttered. L-shaped entrance wall. A chimney pipe has been added [almost certainly post-war]: it emerges through an embrasure.
