Summary
An uninscribed gold coin was exhibited to the British Archaeological Association in 1870. This coin was thought to date from the Iron Age, and was supposedly found in Willesborough, near Ashford allthough the precise location of the findspot is unknown. Unfortunately no further details about the artefact or its discovery were available.
